This handmade olive wood ring is crafted from historic olive wood and Indian ebony. The olive wood comes from a limb of a tree that was planted by the first Premier of Western Australia, Sir John Forrest. It’s an incredibly beautiful piece of olive wood with a subtle striped grain pattern. To highlight the olive wood, two layers of deep black ebony are applied on each side. When I make your turned wooden ring I alternate the grain direction of the timbers, this process makes your ring strong and long-lasting. You can now add a silver liner to this ring. Adding a silver liner to the inside of your ring highlights the natural beauty of the timbers while also increasing the longevity of your wooden ring.
